As a Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, I believe in guiding others towards unlocking their full potential of fitness, health, and longevity. My experience has led me to strive for a better system of effective and safe resistance band strength training that is affordable and convenient enough to do in home, outdoors, or at the gym, which is what Rubberband Strength Training can accomplish for you!
I have been a Personal Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist for over 15 years, working with clients from all walks of life and helping them optimize their fitness, health, and well-being. I have a degree in Exercise Science, as well as being a former scholarship college football player with NFL training experience. My love for the art of guiding others has influenced me to constantly continue my education and stay current with research, in order to provide the best methods for strength training and injury prevention with resistance bands.
I offer one-on-one coaching sessions through any method of video call, including Zoom, FaceTime, Microsoft Teams and Google Meet. My sessions include active mobility and flexibility, full-body functional strength training, and injury prevention. I will provide information on how to purchase the cost-effective equipment that will be used during our sessions. Along with tutorial and instruction on how to perform the Rubberband Strength Training system, I can also provide detailed and individualized workout programs so you can progress whenever you want and on your own terms. The Anchor Strap is used to safely and effectively attach the resistance bands to a Door Anchor Mount anywhere indoors, or to any stable object outdoors or at the gym! The system of use extends the durability and longevity of the resistance band, allowing for safer and higher intensity strength training without the risk of the resistance band breaking or snapping!
The Door Anchor Mount can securely attach the resistance bands to any doorframe indoors! The system of use allows for stable attachment to any doorframe and securely attaches on either side of the door regardless of the direction the door opens!
Looped Resistance Bands are effective for strength training because they are more durable and higher resistance than bands that are not-Looped with handles that are pre-attached. Their thicker, more durable, and higher resistance nature, allow Looped Resistance Bands to ellicit safe strength training results, while lasting long and without the risk of breaking! It is recommended to purchase two light-resistance bands, two-medium-resistance bands, and at least one heavy-resistance band!
The Kneeling Pad allows for a cushion to comfortably stabilize the knees onto the floor for a variety of mobility and flexibility exercises! The Pad can also be used for balance and stability exercises!
